Course Description
JAD is the process whereby a Facilitator obtains information in a meeting environment to complete the various phases of the application development life cycle. JAD's are also used successfully to gain concensus on issues unrelated to system analysis and development. This highly interactive approach shortens the information gathering process while increasing the value and validity of the results. This three day program provides an experiential approach to planning and conducting a facilitated meeting. Topics in this program include but are not limited to:
